HELP! My Members Can't Upload Avatars

My members can not upload avatars from their pc and I cant add custom ones through admin either.

Im also getting poll errors, not letting peeps vote and we also can not stick or unstick threads.

Do you have a phpinfo.php file? If not create a text file with this content:

phpinfo();
?>

Name it 'phpinfo.php' then upload it to your forum directory and post the URL here. This will help us troubleshoot the problem.

Im doing the template thingy now. I'll report what I find in a few..

I went to : Templates
Add | Modify | Search
Add Template Set

And pasted: formname.avatarid[1].checked=true;

In the search and got nothing. Im assuming it would be in the: Default [edit] [remove] [add template] [show all] [collapse groups] [expand list]

I looked in there by clicking on "show all" as well and found nothing.

I have the similar problem in 2.2.8

I can upload throug the AdminCP, but throug the UserCP it isn't possible. I have tried safe mode on and off, directory's persmissions are good, but nothing seems to work.
