...no one ever replies to my support tickets in my members area...am I being ignored or something?

There are some serious issues concerning my member's area that I need resolved, but no one answers my support questions.

I only saw one unanswered ticket under that name and it was sent to 'sales' instead of through the normal support system. It also didn't include any information explaining what the problem is, or even the URL to your forums. Please resubmit your ticket with all the relevant information needed so Support can help you:
