I use the IFRAME method and just edit the header for VBulletin to include the tiny iframe tag (plus alternative img link for old browsers).
I think this way is good because it's:
- easy to add to VB or other pages
- the ads load separately to your page so if you're calling on a slow ad server it doesn't hold your page up.

I have to be honest - i know nothing about this - i just wanted a forum and got more than expected - can you be a little more specific - thanks in advance - JohnComment

I use phpadsnew using the following.
1. create a new file called zone1.php (or choose your own name)
2. paste the Local invocation code into this file (make sure it is PHP not html
Mine looks like this
Code:<?php if (@include(getenv('DOCUMENT_ROOT').'/phpads/phpadsnew.inc.php')) { if (!isset($phpAds_context)) $phpAds_context = array(); $phpAds_raw = view_raw ('zone:1', 0, '_blank', '', '0', $phpAds_context); echo $phpAds_raw['html']; } ?>
4. now goto vbulletin adminCP
5. select TEMPLATES MOIFY
6. look for a Template Called phpinclude
7. add this code to the phpinclude template
Code:ob_start(); require("/home/YourDomain/public_html/zone1.php"); $zone1 = ob_get_contents(); ob_end_clean();
9. Save the template.
10. you can now place the variable $zone1 in any of the vBulletin Templates to show the banners. so if you want the banner at the bottom of your page then edit 'footer' template or if you want it at the top edit the 'Header' template and just add $zone where you want the banner to display.Comment
