We haven't provided security patches or support for vBulletin 2 since 3.5 (or there abouts). I am not aware of any exploits that are reported for it that haven't been fixed. But chances are due to time 2.x is no longer secure, and we won't be patching anything for it.Comment

Yes I'm serious. vB 3/4 are pieces of crap. I'd prefer something less bloated with un-necessary features.Comment

You should check out Waffle BBS. It's only 500Kb with no unnecessary features. It doesn't even have a graphical UI!
