Admin Log - Who can view (bug)

Hi everyone,
In my config.php file I have the $canviewadminlog variable set to my userid only.

A few days ago I was browsing the admin log and I noticed an entry for another admin, showing that they had viewed the admin log. Is this a bug? I hope they cannot prune it too.

For whatever reason when an admin clicks on the link to view the log, the click is recorded before the permissions are actually checked. So he saw a not authorized screen but it was recorded as him viewing the log.
