Moderator titles not showing?

Hey all!
I just setup a new VB2.03 & VBp lite at www.4ums.com
I was adding a couple new mods this morning & noticed the first mod I added has his Moderator title & the other 3 don't? They are still Junior Members?
They seem to have Mod permissions/access though & are listed as mods?
Any ideas? I've looked everywhere!

P.S. Is there a way to give "certain people" custom titles, not just user groups?
I could do that to fix the Mod snafu for now too maybe?

Users -> find -> <criteria> -> [edit]. You can enter a user title and then select "use custom title" (or similarly named option).
