Mass pruning of users (Any number)

I seem to be unable to mass prune users from my database.

I have about 250 users I want to mass prune, and when I select the option, it gets down to: Now proceding to update threads & posts ....


And stops...

Nothing seems to happen after that. The users don't get deleted, and nothing seems to change. I've tried just selecting one user from the list and the same thing happens... that user doesn't get deleted and it doesn't change anything that I can tell.

Can anyone give me a clue as to why?

Can you PM me with an admin login and a list of 10 users you want deleted and I'll take a look?

I'm having troubles removing old users too... same thing... it just hangs as described. Any advice ? I have something like 2000 users in one usergroup who need to go...

I never got your PM...but at any rate, submit a support ticket - http://www.vbulletin.com/members/support.php - with your URL, an admin username/password, and the list of 10 users.
