I've upgraded to version 2.0.3. I only had one post on my board (only purchased the previous version two days ago) and so I did not think it worthwhile to backup the mysql databases and tables.
My hosting company allow only one database for each account on the server and so I had to put the tables for VBulletin into the same database as my other tables - my site relies VERY heavily on mysql (without the tables, my business is non-existent).
I re-installed the new version and, unknown to me and without warning, the re-installation deletes all tables that already exist in the database. This means that I have lost all my tables - both Vbulletin and non-Vbulletin tables.
This is a major problem. I am having to wait for my hosting company to restore the data and I have lost at least three hours of business today - about $2,000 of business. There was also a risk earlier today that my whole business would collapse.
I think this problem needs to be corrected immediately and before you advise further people to upgrade to version 2.0.3.
