Update imported UBB thread links to the new URL

I recently imported a UBB Classic 5.45c board into vBulletin 2.3.11 and want to know if there is any way to update the links that point to other threads on the same board.

These are links in topics in the UBB forums that point to other threads in the same forums. After importing the UBB forums into vBulletin the links still point to the UBB version of the thread. I would like these links to point to the same thread but in the new vBulletin forums.
