Help! Lost Admin Access!

I'm running vB and I love it but one of my admin can't log into the admin section.

When she enters the Admin section and enters her username and pass it gives her an "You are either not a valid administrator or have not logged in." message. I log into the Admin section to check her status and it has her listed as an Administrator.

I fixed the problem by deleting her account and creating it again but now the problem is back! I don't want to delete and create the account again because all the post she has made will show her as a guest.

What is the fix?

im running version 2.0 and i dont have any admin options either its like one day they just dissappeared

Sure you're logged in correctly?
Is your (admin) usergroup considered a "super moderator"? (according to its usergroup permissions)

i see adminoptions for forumdisplay

but under showthread.php

where there is move ,delete,close i dont see those no more.

Do you have a showthread_adminoptions template? (And is it populated correctly [it's a drop down]?)

yes i do

showthread_adminoptions [change original]

its not modified either

when im logged in as admin and go to a showthread page nothings there but heres the html that shows up down there

i fixed it. i just reuploaded showthread.php maybe it was a hack i installed that interfered with it
