Bought installation service days ago, no word yet...

Hi - I paid for installation service over 3 days ago, sent three emails and have yet to even Hear from vbulletin re when and how they are going to install it for me.

Please respond within 48 hours or I chargeback everything.

What's the problem?

Have others had similar problems in service?
I am disappointed so far.

Have you emailed [email protected] or [email protected] ? Those would probably be the fastest way to get in contact with someone. Althought keep in mind that they do not work on weekends so it may be Monday before you get an "official" response.

with the new release, and some recent problems I've had, we got way behind in installations.

Folder to install in:

vB Customer Number:
vB Password:
vB version to install: (1.1.6 or 2.0.0)

If upgrade from 1.1.6 or a 2.0.0 BETA or RC, I will also need and admin username and password to close the board during upgrade.

very bad service

I too have paid for an upgrade of 3 forums and have had no joy with your service.

I have 1 email from James saying that they will upgrade within 12 hours ....... and that was 4 DAYS ago !!!!!

very disapointed with this, I have to say.

further info, I paid for these upgrades on the 22 of MAY

we are now on the 11 of JUNE !!!!!!!
