    Bought the license, but no registration info yet!

    I paid for an owned license for vBulletin yesterday (5 June) at 2:30 EDT and got an email from DigiBuy (the ecommerce server) saying I would have registration info from Jelsoft in "minutes." It's been over 24 hours and no info yet. Nor any response by email to [email protected] or [email protected], nor to my "sales ticket" submitted through the vBulletin web site.

    I'm sure this is an unusual oversight, but it's disappointing...

      Ed, thanks -- I tried that, and got an affirmative web page ("the information has been sent to your email address," etc.) . . . but no email yet. Strange, eh?

      Yes, I have entered my email address correctly, and yes, I'm getting mail at it otherwise (including one from this forum when you replied to my message). . . .

        It's possible DNS related stuff is messing up, catching your email in limbo. I'll see if there's anything that can be done.

          Andy,

          Your email address is "bouncing" all messages sent - that's why you haven't received my replies to your emails (or the license information - your order is in the database). Do you have an alternative email address I could contact you at? Please let me know at [email protected]
