Cannot create threads in RC3

In a freshly installed version of RC3, we get the following message:

vBulletin Message
No forum specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster.

All permissions have been checked, blahdy blahdy, and it still says that. We've tried deleting the forums and categories, yet it refuses to work, giving only the above message.

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to installed 2.0.0 final, we can't support older versions.
