How do I ... disable the thread voting?

Hey guys,

How can I disable voting on threads? I'd like to get rid of it becuase I think it's unneeded.

Must I edit it out manually in the templates ? I can't find an option to disable in the forum options.

Each forum has an individual rating option which you can turn off.
