Importing Database into a new one

Hello

How do I go about importing an old database into a new one, moving all the data to the new one?

THis is for vB 2.3.8. The impex system is written for vB3. I've looked at import scripts and they don't have a vb-vb one.

Any help??

You cannot import into 2.3.8. You can install vB 3 or 3.5 and import the 2.3.8 data into it.
