      I get no errors..

well.. inn the early betas, 1 -> 2 .. I got the famous "blank pages" here and there

but after beta 3 -> RC1, I only get dns problems or something... on all the .php files..

if you try to access http://www.iblis.nu/forums/index.php you'l see what I mean..

Your phpinfo seems fine - you're on recent versions of everything.

'DNS problems' that you described are nothing to do with vBulletin. Perhaps you should consider moving hosts?

is this a fresh install? or are you upgrading?

                it's a fresh install..

but I have tested vbulletin 1.1.6 on the host, and it works perfekt..

SO you install the vB by running install.php, all the steps work, but you get a empty page when trying to access any of the .php files? does your host allow .php file extensions?
