    why do i get this at step 4? step 3 asked me if i wanted to empty the database but i dont

              well we had 2.3.7 and put 3.0.7 on and messed everything up, lost the database and everything.

              i backed it up but cant get it back on so i put 2.3.7 back on, i want to upload the database then do the upgrade again to see if it works

                  You don't need to run Install if you are restoring the database.

                      no we totally deleted the whole forum, installed 2.3.7 again what we had before then restored the database then upgrade properly.

                      It all worked fine aswell
