title doesnt change

we set our boards name to Cupid Reviews Dating Chat Forum
in Forum Name field.
however, our home page title is the url of the page:

http://www.cupidsreviews.com/dating-board/index.php

how do we change that?

looks like you modified the forumhome template and removed the phrase from the title tags.

i didnt touch the homepage template and it has this:
<title><phrase 1="$vboptions[bbtitle]"></phrase></title>

You had too, thats not how a phrase tag should look

again, the only template we modified was the css
you guys did a professional installation, so i presume that person did a modification.
i reset the template and the title tag stays the same:
<title><phrase 1="$vboptions[bbtitle]"></phrase></title>
