any faq / tutorial on how to make a custom style for VB? what kind of tools are used any special app?

Did you ever get an answer for this question? I would be interested in creating a white-on-white of Web 2.0 Blue 3.6 and maybe another variation using pale pink and some breast cancer prevention ribbons. I asked the author of all the Web 2.0 styles but he never replied back.

I would also be interested in How to Create a New Language for vBulletin. Elfish, Vulcan, and Southern ie Red-Neck would be amusing additions.
