Quick and easy format changes

I'm a newbie with a really simple question. What's the easiest to change colors, fonts and the overall look of the BB?

Go to your:

Admin CP -> Styles -> Modify -> [fonts/colors/etc]

The colors use RGB hex codes. You can use this site to generate codes for colors.
