Just wondering if you can alter the; Powered by: vBulletin Version 1.1.5, Copyright ©2000, Jelsoft Enterprises Limited.

just because i have seen lots of sites that have done it,

this site has changed it so it's only on one line,

[url]http://www.webhostingtalk.com/[/url] > has changed it to just Powered by: vBulletin Version 1.1.5 with a link

and [url]http://www.theorytestuk.com/forum/index.php[/url] > has removed all copyrite notices,

are thoes sites allowed to do that?

The Powered by and Copyright notices must both be displayed.... changing the formatting is ok though.
