is this a bug with 1.14?

on email notification now....it doesn't jump to the thread, instead when i click on the link i get : Fatal error: Unable to open C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\hungrymonkey\forums\showthread.php in Unknown on line 0
because the url is wrong...where can i change this url?
