deleted post deletes entire thread

Seems theres a bug that when a user deletes a particular post from a thread, the entire thread gets deleted.

Any way to prevent this??

I have not personaly been able to recreate it. Has anyone else been able to recreate or experience this problem?

When you delete the FIRST post in a thread - whether an admin deletes it or the one who posted it - then the entire thread is deleted. That is not a bug, it's designed to do that.

I have 1.1.2 latest

No it wasn't the first post. It was a post about 7 or 8 into the thread. the poster later came back, deleted what he said and the whole thread vanished

Have you tried to recreate this and found that you can? I have not been able to recreate it on my version.

eYs, I managed to do it once. Its either sporatic or caused by somethign else, not sure which

can't think of any reason why that would happen. It never happened to us.
