It has come to my attention that people on this board have been receiving private messages from a person or persons impersonating vBulletin team members, asking for customer numbers and passwords.
Please do not respond to these messages. If a team member requires your customer number (a very rare occurence) they will open an official support ticket for you, rather than asking for the information via private message.
