Just a little convenience here, but you can now keep track of progress on vBulletin 3.0 and 3.5 bugs remotely by monitoring the new RSS feeds.
To see the most recent reports for vBulletin 3.5, you can use http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/bugs35.php?do=RSS, and if you want to monitor only bugs with a certain status, you can append &status=x to the URL, where x is the ID of the status type you want to view.
For example, to view only Unconfirmed bugs, you would use bugs35.php?do=RSS&status=10, while confirmed bugs use bugs35.php?do=RSS&status=40.
If you want to view bugs for vBulletin 3.0, substitute bugs.php for bugs35.php (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/bugs.php?do=RSS)
