There is not much you can do as a customer to improve SEO other than provide lots of relevant topics (content) to your forum. The things talked about in that guide are generally more at the development level and SEO has been a consideration since the early versions of VB5 it is continually improved. SEO is ever changing.

If you see someone major in that guide that VB5 isn't already doing or doesn't provide an option for you do as an Administrator than the best than the best option would be to add the issue to our tracker rather than attempt to make edits to the software itself to implement changes.

We already do the majority of that list within the product. Automatically and behind the scenes. As stated if you have specific requests, then you need to make separate improvement or feature request for each one in our Issue Tracker. Simply linking to a document link this will guarantee that it won't get implemented due to be too generalized and broad.

Notes have already been placed in the tracking system from a long time ago
I do not know when they will be implemented or they will not be executed and ignored.

I have a question. Is it forbidden to write and remember my opinion?

It is not forbidden to write or remember your opinion. You didn't get banned for having opinions. You were banned because all you like to do is derail discussions and take them off-topic. You think you're the only customer with issues and when you don't get your issues addressed immediately it is like you throw a temper tantrum. I have tried to explain this to you in private over many months but it doesn't seem to have any effect. If you have an issue, open a new topic. Do not post in an unrelated topic, this includes release discussions unless your issues are one of the things we address in that release.

I don't know when your issues in JIRA will be addressed. Bringing them up over and over again will not make that process any quicker. They are not high considered to be high priority issues by the majority of customer feedback that we receive. We will get to them when we get to them. I can't say when that is.

Since you have been classified as a personal problem, I can not object.
Well I will not enter into any discussion regarding vb5
You know the vb5 interest .
        Good luck
