- Upload the /core/install directory to your new vBulletin directory.
- Upload tools.php to your /core/install directory. You can find this file in the do_not_upload folder.
- Load tools.php in your browser (domain/path/core/install/tools.php)
- Enter your customer ID.
- Use the tool to update the Forum URL to the new one.
- The forums should load properly if done correctly.
- Delete the /core/install directory.
