vBulletin 5.5.0 upgrade from 4.2.5 - strange letters/wrong charset in urls

Same type of letters now showing wrongly as in forum. I the forums changed charset to UTF-8 and is now showing correctly.

Is there anywhere to change this also for urls?

Example: /forum/offtopic/off-topic/11164-mange-hã¦r-som-skal-til-rudskogen

You would have to edit the topic and resave the URL.

Is there a more effective way to find these urls? Is there a problem with the urls beeing like this or is it only a "visual" problem?

Should only be a visual problem.
