- Please download the 5.4.5 package again.
- Make sure you download the full and complete package.
- The file should be about 19 megabytes.
- When you unpack it, it should be around 42 Megabytes.
- Upload all the contents in the upload folder to your server.
- Run /core/install/upgrade.php again.

The screenshot above does not show a proper vBulletin 5.4.5 directory and file set on your computer. -
As I putup the script I get this error now "Startup Errors
Due to the following errors, the install/upgrade can not continue:- Error description: 2: mysqli_real_connect(): (28000/1045): Access denied for user 'osrascom_admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
- The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the core/includes/config.php file"

installing 5.4.5 overwrite problem
mysql - 5.6.41-84.1
php - 7.0
original version - 5.2.1
website - osras.org
I downloaded 5.4.5 from the members area and upzipped them. I went to filezilla uploaded 5.4.5. went to http://www.osras.org/upload/install/upgrade.php. I then did the upgrade process all the way through. Deleted install from the core file. I went to my website www.osras.org. Front page is blank(white). I uploaded again ..no change.. Whats wrong?
