installing 5.4.5 overwrite problem

The screenshot above does not show a proper vBulletin 5.4.5 directory and file set on your computer.

1. Please download the 5.4.5 package again.
2. Make sure you download the full and complete package.
3. The file should be about 19 megabytes.
4. When you unpack it, it should be around 42 Megabytes.
5. Upload all the contents in the upload folder to your server.
6. Run /core/install/upgrade.php again.

As I putup the script I get this error now "Startup Errors
Due to the following errors, the install/upgrade can not continue:

• Error description: 2: mysqli_real_connect(): (28000/1045): Access denied for user 'osrascom_admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
• The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the core/includes/config.php file"

You should upload the content of the 'upload' folder but excluding the 'upload' folder itself.

I can login and when I try to get to the ACP.. it says "Configuration: includes/config.php does not exist" ?

Uploaded everything except "do not upload" am i uploading wrong?

I downloaded 5.4.5 from the members area and upzipped them. I went to filezilla uploaded 5.4.5. went to http://www.osras.org/upload/install/upgrade.php. I then did the upgrade process all the way through. Deleted install from the core file. I went to my website www.osras.org. Front page is blank(white). I uploaded again ..no change.. Whats wrong? Can you give me some help? Should I delete previous uploads and start anew? will that lose mywebsite files?
