New installation, everything is working with the exception of being able to upload the images. Cannot change logo, add profile picture, or upload images. I can upload other documents like PDFs. It just says Error Uploading Image. vBulletin version is 5.4.5, PHP is 7.2.12

We would need to know the actual error that is received when attempting to upload an attachment. You should be able to find this in the server logs.
Additionally...are you storing attachments in the file system, or the database?MARK.B

Any all extensions I try.. I mean I toggled the can upload attachments in both the usergroup and channel group but I still get this error..
