I just reuploaded the files into filezilla.. The upgrade went through but now my website page is blank

If i put this in the url .......http://www.osras.org/core/install/upgrade.php
I can get into my site, but my front page is still blank ...at the bottom of the pages it shows the version is 5.4.5 whats wrong?Comment

A single topic for your issue is easier than multiple topics:
mysql - 5.6.41-84.1 php - 7.0 original version - 5.2.1 website - osras.org I downloaded 5.4.5 from the members area and upzipped them. I went to filezilla uploaded 5.4.5. went to http://www.osras.org/upload/install/upgrade.php. I then did the upgrade process all the way through. Deleted install from the core file.
