    Install > No formatting

    cybercosmopolitan.com

    User: test
    Pass: tset

    Renamed the htaccess.txt to
    .htaccess

    Did the config.php files.

    root is public_html

As far as I can see ATM. FULL functionality is given, I had logout problems for two weeks, but the formatting worked.

I had to let my host reset my cPanel account twice in this process.

I use Namecheap Hosting, with enabled mod_rewrite, PHP 7.2, 10.1.31-MariaDB and am VERY aware of this being a noob problem.

Been staring at this like some stare at goats:

For two weeks now I am trying to get this forum to work.

I'm sorry this has happened again, but even after going through dozens of threads, describing this problem, I am not one step further.

This post is my last resort.
Installing vBulletin Connect is a relatively simple process but it can appear intimidating. This is the quick install guide for getting vBulletin Connect running on

Nevermind, I'll write a support ticket to my host, funny part is, that I didn't have this problem prior to installing latest release. So I'm guessing they really do have to update something.

You should make sure the directory that you store CSS in is CHMOD 0777. That way if the user that PHP is run under changes from upgrades on other systems, our upgrade scripts can still manage the CSS there.
