Installation Issues

Hello I have been trying to install the forum software. But no matter what the installation is failing. All I Get is a Blank Page.

1. vBulletin Version: 5.4.1
2. PHP Version: 5.6.35
3. MySQL Version: 5.6
4. Any Addons installed: No

After installation the admin page is blank and the Front end home page is loaded. I checked mysql database size it shows 0.

In the root is a file called

htaccess.txt

You need to rename this to

.htaccess

Note the dot at the start.
