What is the "5.3.4 Patch Level 1" password hash algorithm?

I am trying to get into our admincp and we don't know any admin passwords, our sign up form is broken and forgot password is broken.

Does anyone know the password hash algorithm for 5.3.4 Patch Level 1? I want to manually change a user's password in the database so that I can log into the admincp.

Or is there any other way to change a user's password besides forgot password and a manual change?
