  • Back up theme and restore on other forum.

I had 5.3.3 installed on another server, seen the update for 5.3.4 and just installed that on a different server that I have. I want to bring over the theme I been working on not sure where the theme is being stored at this time.

    Thank you.

Fairly self explanatory from there...export it from one and import it to the other.
If you've used any custom icons or images you'll need to copy these from one install to the other also, making sure the paths stay the same.

It'd probably be worth upgrading the 5.3.3 site to 5.3.4 to capture any template changes, before you export.

Thanks, I missed that one. As for the upgrading I have never done that before is it this process here? https://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/upgrade

A side question, do you know if this still works? I am really wanting to sperate the catagroies so they have space inbetween them. It's for an older version so haven't tried yet.

vBulletin 3.X modifications will not work in vBulletin 5. HTML and CSS has progressed a lot in the last decade. vBulletin 5's templates are complete rewrites.

Use this modification to space your forums out: https://vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=324053
