Loading Issues

Little Rewrite because the old one did not look that well.

Hey there,
I've installed vBulletin 5.3.2 now on my website. However, it does not load the css.php and some other files.
It says that it is in the wrong directory.

However, I've entered all information correctly in the config file. I'm not quite sure what the issue is.
The AdminCP is also not accessible. I can log in yes, but It redirects me to a page that does not exist.

I've tried to reinstall everything three times. Sadly it had the same issue again and again.

In the root of the forum is a file called:
htaccess.txt

Rename this to:
.htaccess

Note the 'dot' at the start.

This should fix the problem.
