    That isn't a vBulletin 5 installation in your image. This is for vBulletin 5 support. You shouldn't be making changes to your live site. You should only make changes to the test installation for vBulletin 5.

    Unfortunately, without looking at the database and your installation we can only recommend action and hope they help. Since you don't have ticket support, we can't get access to the database and the AdminCP.

    The fact that you have multiple topics open on the same upgrade issues only exacerbates the problem of not getting the right support.
