    Fresh install 5.3.1 Issue

    so i guess i posted this in the wrong forum....

    so i have fresh VPS and fresh install of 5.3.1 when you go to the url and it loads it looks like this.....

    Things i have done.... looked at both config.php files all good... htaccess is good(see pic)


    if anyone can help with this please that be great!

    have you uploaded the .htaccess also you may need to rename it to .htaccess.

        It's rather difficult to tell from that. It could be a number of issues.

        Do you have any errors in your server logs?

        If you enable debug mode does it provide more information?

        Debug mode is useful for development purposes- it is required if you will be creating VB5 Modifications you intend to distribute for others to download. However it is also useful for trouble-shooting issues with your site as debug mode often provides more specific error messages when something goes wrong- as such if you are

          turning that on did nothing.

          so to add i am running..
          CentOS 7
          Apache/2.4.6
          PHP 5.6.30

            It could possibly be a PHP module issue, perhaps mod_security or suhosin running.

            It's likely someone is going to need to take a look at your site to track down the issue.

              i have no clue what i did..... stupid fat fingers and sql..... permissions were not set.....so i deleted _everything_ and backed up my configs and start over.

                If this is a new server, make sure that AllowOverrides is set to All in either the main Apache configuration or the Virtual Host configuration.
