Make sure you have renamed this file:
    htaccess.txt

    to this:
    .htaccess

Note the 'dot' at the start.

Make sure that the "Login URL" setting in AdminCP > Settings > Options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details. It should be the same as the "vBulletin URL" setting except if you are using SSL for login only, then it would be using "https" in the URL.

          Editing a comment
In /vb if that is the forum root directory

If you go to site.com/vb/auth/login-form do you get the same error?

Make sure there is no directory named auth in the vBulletin directory.

Make sure your hosting provider isn't blocking access to the /auth/ route for any reason.

I have no idea what just happened.
Went to sleep, woke up, everything is working as expected. I didn't do anything.
            Thank you mark, glenn, Wayne
