Who are you with now? Any suggestions?

Yes, its moved to the database. Tried the upgrade again and still getting stuck on step 20, error happens pretty quickly, I would say less than a minute into step 20.

      Any other suggestions?

      Thank You

You can try putting the site into debug mode: http://www.vbulletin.com/go/vb5debug

Then go the style manager, and import the master style manually, it's in the install/xml folder I believe (can't check from here).

If that works, go back and run the upgrade again, it should just complete.

ok I found the xml folder but can't locate the master style, is it one of these:

          upload/core/vb/xml/import

          page
          pagetemplate
          route
          screenlayout
          theme
          widget

          thanks

Should I merge into an existing Style or create a new one?

                Options are:

                Merge Into:

                -- Themes
                ---Themes
                --Default Style

                Create New:
