Downgrade VB 5.x to latest version of VB4

I installed VB5x on a new forum and I'm not happy with it.

If I understand correctly I can downgrade to the latest version of VB4 without any license issues. Is that true?

The forum has never been used so the file structure can be wiped clean.

You can choose to delete the vB5 database and files, and upload vB4 and install that instead, yes.
