What is that file without a name and the internet explorer icon? However looking at your screenshot, I can bet the .htaccess file has an extension of some sort. You have the showing of extensions turned off in your View Options for Windows/File Explorer. Click image for larger version Name:	snip_20160915091619.png Views:	1 Size:	45.4 KB ID:	4353594

Very strange, I'd renamed the htaccess in File Explorer again, and it work's. The forum is completely installed. It's very magic that this time the file had been renamed, becouse I had already htaccess file with Internet Explorer extencion, and the forum hadn't been installed.

Yes, now I've got the htaccess with IE extencion.

This is hard coded and cannot be changed. It already allows for very long names, it is not a good idea to have them even longer, it affects the URLs and will break stuff unexpectedly.
Forum names are designed to be short and snappy. If you need to expand on what it says, use the description field.

Channel/Node names can already be 512 characters. Channel names should be less than 100 characters. If you need more detail, add a description for the channel inside the AdminCP under Channel Management -> Channel Manager.

Sorry, I've got a philosophy forum and I badly need the channel name's more than 100 character's.

              I've got the restriction's for 200 character's in channel's name. I need to make some channel's name to 250 character's.
