Problem upgrading from 5.1.1 to 5.2.1

I unzipped the 5.2.1 to a file, using file zilla I uploaded 5.2.1 Ithen put up the url http://www.osras.org/forums/upgrade.php hit enter and my forum comes up with this error:

Invalid Page URL. If this is an error and the page should exist, please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message. ??

Should be: http://www.osras.org/core/install/upgrade.php
