presentation config.php

I haven't messed with vb5 since 5.0 and we had to edit presentation file at that time. When going in to edit the file it is different and says
This file should NOT be modified. Only renamed.
| Only make changes to this file if instructed to.

So other than renaming it, do I leave it alone now?

Yes, other than renaming, you don't have to edit this file anymore. However you still have to edit the config.php in your /core/includes directory.

TLMD is correct, the presentation config doesn't need editing now.
Replace your existing one with a fresh copy from the 5.1.7 download package.

How to edit the first config.php file

I am installing VB5, but found there are config.php files, I edited the one with database, but don't know how edit the front end one, especially where to add the URL information, please help!

There are no instructions in the download that what to do with the config files.
There are only two files in it:
vb4_readme.html
vb4_readme.txt

In vB4 the the one only...
