5.1.4 Installation error 76%

Hello,
I tried to install 5.1.4 several times and I have an error (installation aborted on 76%) during the installation process

I've uploaded in zip archive several times. It was a fresh installation, we bought a license yesterday.

Any recommendations ?

You're missing an XML function in php, this shouldn't be the case. Your PHP is also below the minimum recommended version which is 5.3.29.

You're missing an XML function in php, this shouldn't be the case. Your PHP is also below the minimum recommended version which is 5.3.29.

Then your fix would be the same.

You would need to contact your hosting provider to make sure your version of PHP is 5.4.0 or higher (minimum for vBulletin 5.1.5) and that the XML functionality is installed. If you plan on moving to the vBulletin Cloud, then this will be taken care of for you. There is no installation needed for this.

If you are not getting a error the your issue is not the same as the OP issue, as they got a error.

Check your server error logs and see if there is anything in there.

Looks like you have a bad query somewhere. Unforunately, we can't tell what this is due to the log above. Please, enable debug mode on your site. Follow these instructions.

1. Open your /config.php file and find the following line:

  $config['debug'] = false;

2. Change this line to:

  $config['debug'] = true;

3. Save the file and upload it to your server.

4. Open the /core/includes/config.php file and find the following line:

  // $config['Misc']['debug'] = true;

5. Change it to:

  $config['Misc']['debug'] = true;

6. Save and upload the file to your server.

Reload the page you had the error on. Post the resulting output here.
