Are there any specific instructions on how to upgrade from V5 Beta19 to Beta20? I only see instructions on how to upgrade from V4.xx

Backup, upload the new files, then point your browser at yoursite.com/core/install/upgrade.MARK.B

I tried to upgrade my multilingual board to 5.2.5 last night. Upgrade finished OK.
After the upgrade, all NON-Latin character are gone and instead it only shows Øæææøæ'æ'æ
