Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details.

Forum URL -> add /core to the end of it.

What is the value you have for the Forum URL currently?

I meant the value located in the Admin CP at Settings -> Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details.

Go to the screen shown in your picture above, double click on "Settings".

It will open open and give you some more links. One of them is named "Options". Click on it.

Then in the right side of the screen you'll get a list. One of the options in the list is "Site Name / URL / Contact Details". Double click on it to open it.

Scroll down the screen until you see "Forum URL". The value will be listed to the right. That value needs /core at the end of it. Once changed, scroll to the bottom and click "SAVE".

It works just like the Admin CP in all previous vBulletin versions.l

I don't think I can explain it any more clearer. There is an exact number of steps to follow in the post above. Not even sure how you go to the location you are showing in your last screenshot because it doesn't exist in the software.
