I received a server time out error, all it said to do was to contact vBulletin. Is there something that needs to be changed on the server side? When I try to relaunch the upgrade script it does nothing now. Please advise

In order to give advice, we need more information...
What were you doing when you got the error? If upgrading, what was the step you were on? What is the actual error that was displayed on the screen?Translations provided by Google.

I had navigated to http://www.mywebsite.com/vb5/core/install/upgrade after uploading the files and editing the config.php files, the upgrade began after I entered my ID information. I came back to the computer and the upgrade had stopped at 78% with a simple statement, I didn't write it down in detail, that the the server did not respond/timed out and to contact vbulletin. Is there just a way to reset the upgrade so I can try it again, perhaps it will work, if not, the same error may show.Comment

Refreshing the page should restart the upgrade.Translations provided by Google.
