I have found a solution. I just change the status of error_reporting from 'Standard' to 'E_ALL' ( and turned off display_errors & log_errors, which are not involved) and restart the server. I don't know why, but my installation and links works fine! Damn ugly bug!

Production sites should not have display errors turned on. However if you enter the issues in your php error log, most likely notices, into JIRA then we can get them fixed.Translations provided by Google.
