Error activating SiteBuilder. (Error code 0)

Error code zone?

I cannot access the sitebuilder but I am logged in on one and
the other I am not logged in and I get a 404 error

Did you upload all the files? Did you upload the .htaccess (for apache2) or web.config (for IIS) for url_rewrite? Are the URLs in config.php correct?

What version of PHP and MySQL are you running? And are you using apache or FastCGI or ??? And do you have mod_security or suhosin enabled?

Same problem started to occur here, I used to be able to open it.

P.S. It happened because I didnt use the www.
